Training Syllabus
Foundations of Yoga
- Philosophy of yoga, Darshanas, and Yoga sara upanishads, along with the paths of yoga and Hatha yoga.
- Chakras and nadis, Pranayamas, Mudras, and Bandhas as essential aspects of yogic practice.
Practice & Wellness
- Physiology in relation to asanas and diseases, with a focus on understanding the body during yoga practice.
- Functional anatomy (asanas oriented), Sri Sri Yoga’s advanced yoga asanas, and Shat kriyas (cleansing techniques).
Philosophy & Yogic Sciences
- Yogic psychology and Ayurveda and yoga, exploring the connection between the mind, body, and yogic practices.
- Introduction to Indian culture and Introduction to yoga therapy, providing a broader understanding of yoga and its applications.
Teaching & Mastery
- Teaching and communication skills, with emphasis on effectively sharing and guiding yoga practices.
- Application of the knowledge gained through the training in a teaching environment.
Leading Yoga Institution
Get certified by international yoga authorities and institutions like Yoga Alliance, Yoga Certification Board of the Ministry of AYUSH (Govt. of India) and Indian Yoga Association.
Training Schedule
- The TTC is a combination of pre-recorded and live videos
- This training is a module-based training program*
9 + 3 weeks (3 weeks for final dissertation of a topic of your choice*) - Each week 2 or 3 modules will be released along with quizzes and assignments that can be accessed till the end of the training
- You may finish watching, practicing these modules at your convenience, and join the weekend live sessions with the teacher to discuss and understand the subject in depth
- It is recommended to devote at least 4 hours every day for the training to complete the modules given in that week
Pre-Requisites
- Age: 18- 60 years (Special permission might be needed for people applying with age above 60 years)
- Education: A 200H TTC certificate from registered yoga school or relevant degree in yoga. (Might have done a diploma/Graduation or Post graduation in Yoga – But in such a case there should have experience of teaching for at least 6 month)
- AOL Programs: Happiness Program of the Art of Living
(If the Happiness Program has not yet been completed, it will be arranged for you. Please reach out to the admissions team for coordination.) - You need to know English as a language
- A good physical and mental disposition

- Indian citizens residing outside India continuously for more than 12 months prior to the course commencement date will be considered International Participants and the International Fee Structure shall apply.
