    A Brief History

    Sri Sri Lemurrian Yoga is a unique yoga practice, formulated several millennia ago by the Tamil Siddhars (Sages) of ancient Kumari Kandam (Modern name: Lemuria Continent). The Kumari continent was believed to have existed in the Southern part of India that extended all the way to Africa. Though the Kumari continent is believed to have submerged in the Indian ocean many millennia ago, some of the teachings of the ancient Siddhars of the Kumari continent are still practised by a few.
