Advanced Yoga Teacher Training

This course lays a solid foundation in understanding the peculiarities related to pregnancy and how to deal with pregnancy in a positive sense, using modern as well as traditional teaching methodologies. It is a strong amalgamation of ancient wisdom and modern scientific study in the field of “Garbh” – Womb, Garbh Dana (Conception), Shishu Parvarish (Embryology) and other related topics.

    • Pre-conception planning
    • Mind and pregnancy
    • Physiology of pregnancy and changes during pregnancy: Trimesters
        1. 1st trimester
        2. 2nd trimester
        3. 3rd trimester
    • Guided Meditation
    • Guiding principles of a Pre and Post natal class

 

Leading Yoga Institution

Get certified by international yoga authorities and institutions like Yoga Alliance, Yoga Certification Board from the Ministry of AYUSH (Govt. of India) and Indian Yoga Association

Program Instructions 

  • Students are to be respectful towards each other as well as all the sevaks in the ashram premises
  • It is expected of all students to clear your practice space and maintain the cleanliness of the yoga/meditation halls
  • The evaluation procedure involves an assessment for certification.
  • Non-veg. food, smoking, usage of recreational elements and drinking alcohol are not allowed on School premises during the course
  • All classes are mandatory to attend unless you are ill wherein the same needs to be communicated to the teachers

Pre-Requisites

  • 200 hours of certified yoga teacher training
  • Knowledge of basic anatomy and physiology required to understand yoga

Note : After successful completion of the course and examination thereafter, The student will be issued a 100 Hours Pre – Natal Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Sri Sri School of Yoga with which they are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as RPYT.
