Through a blend of Therapeutic yoga sessions, mindful meditation, and nutritional education, this program aims to empower individuals with Type-2 Diabetes to take control of their health and well-being, cultivating lasting habits for a life of vitality and balance.

Training & Schedule
When a person decides to initiate yoga therapy, the therapist will first conduct an initial assessment. This assessment is designed to do the following:
- Identify health problems
- Assess lifestyle and physical capability
- Create a course of treatment
Once the treatment plan is established, you can start taking the therapy that is well suited for you

1. Accomodation provided is 3-Sharing AC Accommodation. If participants want to upgrade to either two sharing or single room, additional charges will apply based on availability.
2. If you can afford, it is better to take the program in residential mode as living in Ashram atmosphere promotes healing.

I Want To Take This Course But...
Who all are eligible to do this training?
Anyone 18 years and above who has passed 12th standard (or equivalent).
Is it available in other languages?
Currently available in English and Hindi.
Is there any exam at the end of the Training?
The evaluation procedure involves an assessment for certification.
Would I be able to teach the Sri Sri Yoga Level 1 and 2?
As a graduate from Sri Sri School of Yoga, the student would be certified to teach yoga. However special training and permission from the registered office of the Art of Living of the student’s residential country would be required to teach Art of Living / Sri Sri Yoga flagship programs.
