Overview

In the ancient Indian culture children at the tender age used to be initiated into the highest knowledge of vedas that used to guarantee the upliftment of the society.
Yoga for Children TTC lays a strong foundation in the understanding the Child psychology in the growing years, how to bridge gap between the parents and their children, understanding bodily and emotions changes, acceptance, challenges, mind management, asana, pranayama and meditation for children. This course empowers the teachers with some unique fun-to-learn teaching methodologies by which the children are able to understand and live the knowledge in a very light manner. The TTC covers the basic essentials of mind-body matrix in children that helps the teacher understand and help them blossom.

Program Instructions
- Students are to be respectful towards each other as well as all the sevaks in the ashram premises
- It is expected of all students to clear your practice space and maintain the cleanliness of the yoga/meditation halls
- The evaluation procedure involves an assessment for certification.
- Non-veg. food, smoking, usage of recreational elements and drinking alcohol are not allowed on School premises during the course
- All classes are mandatory to attend unless you are ill wherein the same needs to be communicated to the teachers
Pre-Requisites
- Already a Sri Sri Yoga Teacher
- Knowledge of basic anatomy and physiology required to understand yoga
