Hatha Yoga TTC brings about a deeper understanding of the traditional scriptures through the medium of Philosophy, Shat Kriyas (Purifying Techniques), Asanas (Postures), Pranayamas (Breathing Techniques), Mudras and Bandhas (Gestures and Locks), Meditation and so on. This course gives a unique dimension for all individuals who aspire to go deeper into the practice of Hatha yoga.
It also helps one dive deeper into understanding oneself and learn ways to harmonize one’s inner environment, to be able to balance activity and relaxation through which one can create a wonderful yoga experience in his/her yoga teaching.
It promises to provide the relevant tools and techniques of authentic Hatha Yoga practices along with the guidance to help bring forth each Yoga aspirant’s unique style in practice and teaching environments.
Using modern as well as traditional teaching methodologies, our experienced pool of teachers impart primary knowledge of Hatha Yoga practices which in turn paves the way for the Yoga Teachers towards acquiring further knowledge and training of the same.
The teachings on the course are rooted in the traditional yoga texts like The Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita, Hatha Ratnavalli, Shiva Samhita, to name a few. The course also presents practical applications of Hatha Yoga in terms of greater quality of life, better relationships, improved communication, deeper and better postures, theoretical and practical aspects of the Shat Kriyas, ability to demonstrate and teach yogic postures and breathing techniques.

Certification
After successful completion of the course and examination there after, The student would be issued a certificate from Sri Sri School of Yoga for mentioned hours.

Eligibility for 100H Hatha Yoga TTC is Applicant must have done 200H TTC from any registered yoga school before they join Hatha Yoga TTC or any equivalent course in Yoga
