Training Syllabus
Foundations of Yoga
- Yoga philosophy and yoga principles, Sankhya philosophy, Vedanta and the principal Upanishads.
- Yogasara Upanishad, Sadhna Chatushtaya, Patanjali Yoga Sutra, Samadhi and its types, Raj Yoga, and Chanting.
Practice & Wellness
- Anatomy and physiology, specific functional anatomy, benefits and contraindications.
- Sutra Neti, Vaman Dhauti, Shanka Prakshalan, introduction to Nauli, Sukshma Vyayam, and Sri Sri Yoga’s advanced yoga poses.
Philosophy & Yogic Sciences
- Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali Yoga Sutra, and Upanishads, with a deeper understanding of yogic philosophy and knowledge.
- Principles of yoga and their application in understanding the deeper aspects of yoga and yogic practices.
Teaching & Mastery
- Sukshma Vyayam and Sri Sri Yoga’s advanced yoga poses, with practical application of yoga practices.
- Teaching methodology, including the application and communication of the knowledge gained through the training.
Leading Yoga Institution
Get certified by international yoga authorities and institutions like Yoga Alliance, Yoga Certification Board of the Ministry of AYUSH (Govt. of India) and Indian Yoga Association.
Pre-Requisites
- Age: 18 – 60 years (special permission required for 60+)
- Should have done at least a 200H of yoga teacher training before applying for the same. (Might have done a diploma/Graduation or Post graduation in Yoga – But in such a case they should have experience of teaching for at least 6 month)
- AOL Programs: Happiness Program of the Art of Living (If the Happiness Program has not yet been completed, it will be arranged for you. Please reach out to the admissions team for coordination.)
- Physically and mentally fit
- Pregnant woman are not allowed in the training
Fees
- Indian residents + SAARC countries - INR 78,000
- Rest of the world - USD 2,800
- Indian citizens residing outside India continuously for more than 12 months prior to the course commencement date will be considered International Participants and the International Fee Structure shall apply.

Who all are eligible to do this training?
To be eligible for 300Hr TTC, applicants should have completed a minimum of 200Hrs of yoga teacher training. This foundational knowledge ensures that participants are well-prepared to engage with the curriculum and effectively teach this transformative practice to others.
