Great to have the 21-day challenge with a variety of yoga instructors and dealing with the circulation, nervous and other systems, focusing on different yoga postures to get to different systems and also combining with breathwork.

When I joined my body was too stiff, first week of training session I had pain and aches while doing yoga but as I continue practicing, I noticed not only my pain was gone but also my body has become flexible. I learned to breath longer (full expansion in my lung capacity), learned to do my Sun salutation and learn many asanas, Pranayama and wisdom for life.
