A free event, Sunday, June 13th, 2021
Over the world we all are facing changes in most areas of our lives, may that be financial, psychological or social changes. As a response to the uncertainty, we consider an urgent need to unite efforts with the aim to spread relief to the wounds caused by COVID-19.

That’s why we have created a platform to showcase the powerful tools and techniques that Yoga offers for mental health and well-being with the 2nd Online Yoga Festival for Mental Health 2021, which will take place on 13th June 2021 as a full-day live online conference, streamed across our and our partners’ social media channels with expected millions of participants.

The Festival will be inaugurated by the world-renowned spiritual leader and humanitarian, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, the founder of the Art of Living and Sri Sri School of Yoga. We welcome speakers and workshop facilitators: yoga experts, politicians, health professionals, educators and business people.

The Festival is going to be a full-day live online conference, which will be inaugurated by our founder, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, and streamed across our and our partners’ social media channels with expected several thousand participants.

Sri Sri School of Yoga Europe in cooperation with the Art of Living Foundation and Sri Sri Tattva Europe

The Sri Sri School of Yoga seeks to expand the world’s understanding of yoga through an education and training that are steeped in the vedas – the original roots of yoga – and a long lineage of masters while making yoga accessible and applicable for modern day use for people of all ages, abilities, cultures and religions. Through a comprehensive and multidimensional science based education, our school’s programs teach about and integrate all paths of yoga including Gyana (wisdom), Karma (service & action), Bhakti (love & devotion), Raj (royal) and Hatha (effort) and more. The primary elements of our training are: asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing techniques), meditation and the experience and application of yoga beyond the mat.
