Welcome to the Online Yoga Challenge, in celebration of the International Day of Yoga 2025! This is a unique opportunity to deepen your yoga practice from the comfort of your home.

Join us for the Online Yoga Challenge, a three-week journey marking the International Day of Yoga 2025. From 2–20 June, we meet on Zoom to move, breathe, and connect — guided by three dedicated Sri Sri Yoga teachers, each bringing their own flavour and focus.

The rhythm is simple: Monday to Friday, choose your time — 6–7am or 7–8pm CEST. You don’t need to be advanced, flexible, or consistent — just show up.
