What You Will Experience

The Sri Sri Yoga course is a complete and holistic yoga experience that builds strength in the body
while guiding the mind into deep relaxation. Through a harmonious blend of postures, breathing techniques, and meditation, the practice supports balance, clarity, and a renewed sense of inner ease.

This foundational course invites you to practise with awareness — challenging yourself without struggle, listening deeply to your body, and reconnecting with a steady, joyful rhythm of practice.

This course supports you to:

  • Develop strength and flexibility through gentle and dynamic postures
  • Learn powerful breathing techniques for energy and calm
  • Experience guided relaxation and meditation practices
  • Receive simple tools for daily balance and stress release
  • Build a sustainable, personal yoga routine


Schedule & Format

All sessions are live and interactive, held online and guided in real time by certified Sri Sri Yoga teachers.
Each session lasts 2 hours, creating space for practice, guidance, and refinement.
To preserve presence and depth, there are no recordings.


Pricing & Registration

The course fee is adjusted based on your country of residence and calculated automatically during registration. Discounted rates apply for certified Sri Sri Yoga teachers.
