21-day Yoga Challenge

Starting with powerful Yogic practice of Sukshma Vyayam, moving on to Sun Salutations and variations leading to Intermediate and Advanced sessions; build up strength and stamina!

RECORDED SESSIONS

 

Sri Sri School of Yoga Europe celebrated the International Day of Yoga 2022 with
amazing Sri Sri Yoga teachers and trainers from Europe and India. 

This 21-day Yoga Challenge is suited for beginners as well as advanced practitioners, because we start building up strength and stamina with a basic practice of the most powerfully energising Sukshma Vyayam Yoga, moving on to and increasing the number of Sun Salutations, followed by variations of Sun Salutations, which will ultimately lead to Intermediate and Advanced sessions.

Each class is 30 to 60 min, it is easy to fit into your daily routine. All the classes are conducted in English and recorded from Zoom, uploaded on a video platform online. Get ready and get energised for the whole day with the Yoga Challenge!

To do the Yoga Challenge with recorded sessions, in your own time, the fee is 29€. The recordings will be available for a period of 45 days from time of purchase.

FULL SCHEDULE

Day 1

MAYUR

Head Trainer of the Sri Sri School of Yoga, rooted in Yoga, coming from a fitness background.

Day 2

RASHNA

Teaching Yoga (Nidra) and Meditation classes since 2013 and also offers Yoga-related coaching.

Day 3

NISHIKA

Born into a family of Yogis, a recent Sri Sri Yoga graduate. Loves to go with the flow, be in nature & dance.

Day 4

AGUSTINA

Classes are a space where Agus connects with what she loves. Her classes are dynamic, fun, full of energy and sometimes intense.

Day 5

RAFAELLA

She practices yoga since 1998 and teaching since 2012. She teachs in Italy, Denmark and online, group yoga class and individual session.

Day 6

GORDANA

The biggest passion and motivation is to make this knowledge available to people of all cultures and backgrounds in a simple, light, and inspiring way.

AARTI

A video editor and classically trained dancer. She considers the practise of yoga as a gentle dance routine, going into the breathe and flowing.

GABI

Love nature, meditation, silence. Teaching actively Yoga, Meditation & Breath Workshops, Kids courses. Currently working in a centre for youth.

DORTE

Loves to do gardening, cook vegetarian, well-seasoned food, sing, dance and meditate. Dorte has been teaching yoga since 2006.

A full time Software Engineer. Since yoga came into her life, she experienced a major transformation and wishes to share the same with others

Loves acting, dancing and poetry. By practising and teaching yoga she finds expression in the artistic in herself by fostering her creativity.
