PARTICIPANTS PROGRAM AGREEMENT

TEACHER MEMBERSHIP

Includes all the benefits listed below upon registering and paying for an annual membership.

I agree to the following terms:

1. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

As a Member, you will receive:

  • 50% off all European Sri Sri School of Yoga programs* (Deep Dive, SSY course, events, Teacher Refresher Meeting, online weekly classes – Specialised Teacher Trainings are not eligible for discounts, e.g. Kids, Prenatal, etc.)

  • A personal profile on the School’s website (available from September 2025).

  • Support in announcing your courses and classes.

  • Access to Teacher Upgrade programs from India to teach new yoga formats.

  • One-year membership, valid from the date of payment.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SCHOOL

The School agrees to:

  • Provide clear guidelines and materials for eligible programs.

  • Maintain an updated personal profile for each Member on the website.

  • Offer administrative and (non-paid) marketing support for Members’ courses and classes.

  • Organise and facilitate programs.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MEMBER

As a Member, you agree to:

  • Conduct yourself professionally and in alignment with the values of the School.

  • Accurately represent the teachings and programs of the School.

  • Announce courses and classes only as per the guidelines provided by the School.

  • Respect the agreed percentage-based revenue structure (detailed below).

  • Fulfil all requirements for teaching new programs, including the Teacher Upgrade (if applicable).

  • Maintain an active role in the School community and support its growth.

  • Have a signed SSY Agreement with the School. (If not already signed, it must be completed and submitted before membership approval.)

4. FINANCIAL AGREEMENT

  • The membership fee varies according to country of residence. It is payable upon registration and is non-refundable.

  • For programs facilitated through the School (including the Sri Sri Yoga Course and new programs via Teacher Upgrade), the following applies:

    • Offline programs: 70% of the revenue goes to the teacher/member, including expenses and honorarium.

    • Online programs: 60% of the revenue goes to the teacher/member.

5. TERM & TERMINATION

  • This Agreement is valid for one year from the date of payment.

  • Renewal requires a new payment and confirmation of continued eligibility.

  • The School reserves the right to revoke membership if the Member violates the terms of this Agreement.
