SRI SRI YOGA FOR HOLISTIC HEALTH

Sri Sri Yoga Master Flow is a wholesome sequence where individuals  experience all aspects of a complete yoga practice, including traditional yoga postures (asanas), simple breathing techniques (pranayamas), guided meditation, and yogic wisdom. Yoga, at its core, is holistic.

Expertly guided by certified Sri Sri Yoga instructors and Ayurvedic counselors with extensive experience and understanding of the full breath and depth of yoga and Ayurveda.
