Every Tuesday from 18.30-20.30 CET (Central European Time) you’ll meet a Sri Sri School of Yoga Teacher. Every teacher will prepare a session with a practical part, a knowledge session and an interactive part (discussions). VERY IMPORTANT: Each recording will be available from Tuesday after the session until the next session!
About the program:
It is said in the Patanjali Yoga Sutras that there are Eight limbs of Yoga – Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi. Asanas are only one limb out of the eight limbs, the last being Samadhi (state of equanimity).

Asanas, Pranayamas etc. are to prepare you to get into a meditative state; to reach a state where without duality and conflict, where the mind is in a state of harmony.
Regular practice of asanas is known to have helped people with chronic back pain, with fluctuating blood pressure and other health issues. When Asanas are well coordinated with the breath, it enhances the whole experience of meditation.
Sri Sri School of Yoga upholds the tradition of teaching Yoga in its purest form, practising all the eight limbs of Yoga.
The monthly fee is 49€ (valid first to last day of the month). The deadline to apply is the 25th of the previous month for the upcoming month. For example: register and pay before 25th March for the period of April 1-30 and like that every next month.
